The 100-day warmth guarantee

We offer a 100-day warmth guarantee. Whether you’re buying one or several radiators, if our radiators don’t heat your room to a minimum of 20 degrees we will undertake to upgrade or replace the radiators free of charge within 100 days of installation.

NEOS radiator warranty (what you should know)

NEOS radiators come with a 25 guarantee, and the thermostat has its own guarantee period of 5 years.

What’s typically not covered?

Most warranties won’t cover accidental damage, and there can be call-out charges if an issue isn’t due to a product fault. If you ever have a problem, the best thing to do is contact us first so we can advise the right next step.

Aftercare: what happens if you need help?

If something isn’t right, don’t attempt DIY repairs, get in touch and we’ll arrange support.
