Terms and Conditions: World Cup 2026 In Person Appointment Game Promotion (Up to 23% Off)

1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotion is open to customers in England, Scotland and Wales who attend an in person appointment with Trust Electric Heating during the promotional period and participate in the World Cup game within the Trust Electric Heating app.
1.2 This promotion is in person appointment only and is not available for phone, video, or online only enquiries.
1.3 Only one promotional offer can be redeemed per customer and per order.
1.4 This offer cannot be combined with or used alongside any other discounts or promotional offers (e.g., an existing percentage off promotion). Only one discount can be applied per order.
1.5 The offer is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

2. Offers Synopsis
2.1 Eligible customers can receive up to 23% off depending on the result of the World Cup game played during the in person appointment.
2.2 The World Cup game involves customers attempting to kick a ball into the goal. The discount awarded is based on the number of successful goals scored:
All miss (0 goals): 5% discount
1 goal: 10% discount
2 goals: 15% discount
3 goals: 23% discount
2.3 The discount applies to Electric Radiators and Water Solutions only.
2.4 The discount does not apply to thermostats, controls, or any supplementary items, including (but not limited to):
• Thermostats
• Relay units
• Accessories, add ons, supplementary parts
• Delivery, installation, or electrical works (where applicable)
2.5 The discount is applied at order level and will be shown on the customer’s estimate, order confirmation, or invoice (as applicable).

3. Offer Validity
3.1 The promotional offer is valid from 11 June 2026 to 19 July 2026 inclusive.
3.2 The discount is only available where the World Cup game is played during an in person appointment within the promotional period.

4. Offer Redemption
4.1 To redeem the offer, customers must attend an in person appointment, play the World Cup game during that appointment, and proceed with their order during the promotional period (for example by confirming the order with Trust Electric Heating).
4.2 The offer is applicable only where no other discount has been applied to the estimate or order (e.g., an existing percentage off promotion).
4.3 If an estimate or order already includes a discount or promotional pricing, this World Cup offer cannot be added on top.
4.4 Trust Electric Heating reserves the right to remove the promotional discount if an order is amended to include a different discount or if the order no longer meets the eligibility criteria..

5. Data Protection & Privacy
5.1 All customer data collected and processed in relation to this promotion will be handled in accordance with GDPR and Trust Electric Heating’s Privacy Policy.
5.2 Customer information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and for future marketing communications, unless the customer opts out.
5.3 Customer data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, unless required to fulfil the order or comply with legal obligations.

6. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this promotion constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the in person appointment and the World Cup game, customers are considered to have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

7. Liability & Disclaimer
7.1 Trust Electric Heating reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
7.2 In the event of technical issues, app errors, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances, Trust Electric Heating is not liable for any losses or damages arising from participation in this promotion.
7.3 All orders remain subject to Trust Electric Heating’s standard terms of sale, including payment terms, lead times, delivery, cancellations, and returns.
