An Insurance Backed Guarantee is designed to support the guarantee we give you. It exists to protect you in the unlikely event that Trust Electric Heating is unable to honour the terms of that guarantee. This means that your investment is supported not only by us, but also by an independent insurance provider.
If, for any reason, we are no longer able to fulfil our guarantee, the HomePro policy may cover the cost of remedial work, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. This ensures that you are not left without support and that your heating system remains protected.
The Insurance Backed Guarantee reflects the same duration and scope as the original guarantee provided by Trust Electric Heating. Full details of what is included, along with any conditions, will be outlined in your policy documents.
This cover sits alongside our own commitment to you. It does not replace our guarantee, but adds an extra level of confidence and long-term reassurance.
