Trust Electric Heating appoints new sales manager

Trust Electric Heating has hired Neil Noades as UK sales manager.

The company has said that Neil’s appointment will drive further growth in commercial markets. Neil is a qualified plumbing and heating engineer, who took on his first sales role 15 years ago.

According to a statement, he brings a strong sales track record in the newbuild and social housing sectors to Trust, along with experience of work in the utilities market following roles with AEDY and boiler industry brands, Valiant Group and Alpha Heating Innovation.

Neil is set to be tasked with running the sales office and building an external sales team to continue Trust Electric Heating’s commercial sector growth. He plans to add three more salespeople to the team over the next three months.

Fiona Conor, Trust Electric Heating’s managing director, said: “We see incredible growth potential for our products in commercial applications. Our radiators are sustainable, efficient and accessible, with performance data that is backed by science thanks to our ongoing Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of Huddersfield.

“We have secured student accommodation contracts with organisations including the University of Leeds and we are seeing increased interest from the housebuilding and local authority housing sectors. Having Neil as part of our team will enable us to capitalise on these opportunities by drawing on his knowledge and expertise and building our sales force to support our growth plans. We are delighted to have him on board.”

Neil added: “I previously worked in a heating industry startup that grew into a £90m turnover business, and I see the same passion and potential here at Trust. Their innovation and technology are leading the way I’m excited to be part of it. The head of sales position is an exciting opportunity to draw on my previous experience to make a substantial contribution to the company’s growth and the growth of the wider electric heating market.”
