Trust Electric Heating Shortlisted for Digital Innovation of the Year at the Energy Awards 2025

Trust Electric Heating has been shortlisted for Digital Innovation of the Year at the 2025 Energy Awards, in recognition of the company’s ambitious and successful digital transformation, which has reshaped its operations and delivered measurable improvements across efficiency, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction.

The company implemented a suite of advanced systems, including Unleashed for inventory, Planeous for planning, and Stream for manufacturing automation, creating an integrated operational model that has replaced manual processes and eliminated inefficiencies across departments.

A standout achievement is the reduction in processing time for radiator billing, from 60 minutes to just 20, a 66% improvement. This, along with automation in wire cutting and supply chain integration, has enhanced delivery times, reduced health and safety risks, and boosted overall productivity by 20%.

Led by Gia Conor, the initiative aligned all departments, fostering a collaborative workplace culture and enabling Trust to better meet customer demand. As a result, revenue has grown from £1.2 million in 2023 to a projected £7.5 million in 2025.
