Trust Electric Heating Shortlisted for Campaign of the Year - Commercial at The Energy Awards 2024

Trust Electric Heating has been shortlisted for the Campaign of the Year - Commercial award at The Energy Awards 2024 for their innovative marketing campaign. This campaign effectively captured the attention of university decision-makers across the UK by combining traditional mail with digital video content.

The campaign showcased Trust Electric Heating’s NEOS radiators and app-based thermostats, promoting sustainable and energy-efficient heating solutions. By sending video cards along with a mini Aero bar and Yorkshire tea bag in recyclable packaging, the campaign created a memorable experience for universities. The inclusion of these items symbolised a “fresh” approach to heating with the Aero bar and a comforting, familiar touch with the Yorkshire tea bag, all while emphasising their commitment to sustainability through recyclable packaging.

The success of the campaign is evident, with most of the 20 video cards returned, leading to 10 high-profile meetings and securing major contracts with the University of Leeds and Essex University.
