We’re incredibly excited to share some big news: Our Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Lead, Professor Rakesh Mishra, has earned a spot as a finalist for the distinguished KTP Academic of the Year award at the KTP Awards 2023. This recognition is more than just an honor; it’s a testament to our dedication to driving innovation in the electric heating industry.

For those who may not know, the Knowledge Transfer Partnership is an exceptional UK initiative designed to spur innovation by linking businesses like Trust Electric Heating with academic powerhouses. It’s an avenue through which we can leverage the rich intellectual assets and research insights that academics like Professor Mishra offer, resulting in groundbreaking innovations that benefit both industry and academia.

What sets Trust Electric Heating apart is our unique collaboration with the University of Huddersfield. Since 2019, we’ve been pioneering new frontiers in smart, sustainable heating through research at Huddersfield’s Smart House facility. Under the expert guidance of Professor Mishra, we’ve undertaken extensive tests on our NEOS radiator in the Smart House, refining its design for maximum efficiency and sustainability.
