Eligibility:
- Open to UK domestic customers who participate in the 2025 Black Friday “Faithful or Traitor” campaign.
- One entry and one offer per household/customer. Duplicate entries will be void.
- Valid only for new orders/deposits placed on or after 1 November 2025. Orders/deposits made before this date are not eligible.
Promotional Period:
- The promotion runs 00:00 on 1 November 2025 to 23:59 on 29 November 2025.
- Customers must confirm their order and claim their offer by 12:00 (noon) on Monday, 1 December 2025.
How the Offer Works:
- Customers sign up, play the “Faithful or Traitor” game, and reveal a single discount: 10% or 20% off their total order.
- The revealed discount is automatically assigned, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- The discount applies to the total order value (radiators and installation). Accessories/extras are included only if they form part of the same order.
- The discount is applied at point of estimate/order and cannot be reserved for future purchases.
Redeeming the Offer:
- To redeem, customers must either:
-- Have a valid Trust Electric Heating estimate, or
-- Book and complete a free home survey/estimate during the promotional window.
- The offer is valid only where no other discounts, promotions, referral rewards, finance subsidies, or price adjustments have been applied.
- If finance is used, the discount is applied to the cash price prior to finance calculation (finance eligibility and terms remain subject to the lender’s assessment).
Exclusions:
- No retrospective application to existing orders, deposits, or completed installations.
- Trade, wholesale, and commercial/bulk orders are excluded.
- Colours/Finishes: Custom colours and special finishes are excluded. Promotional orders are supplied in our standard radiator colour (white) only.
- Offers cannot be combined or stacked with any other offers, discounts, referral incentives, price-match arrangements, or staff/partner rates.
Fair Use & Verification:
- Trust Electric Heating may request reasonable proof of identity/eligibility and may void entries it believes to be automated, duplicated, or fraudulent.
- Any attempt to circumvent these Terms & Conditions (e.g., multiple sign-ups for the same household) will result in disqualification.
Changes, Suspension, or Termination:
- Trust Electric Heating reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion if events beyond its control make this necessary, or where technical issues or errors compromise the integrity of the promotion.
Liability:
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
- Subject to the foregoing, Trust Electric Heating is not liable for: (i) technical failures or unavailability of systems required to participate; (ii) any loss not caused by its breach or negligence; or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses.
Data & Privacy:
- All personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Trust Electric Heating’s Privacy Policy.
- Data collected will only be used for administering this promotion, order processing, and related communications in line with customer consent.
Acceptance of Terms:
- Participation in the “Faithful or Traitor” Black Friday 2025 promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
