Terms and Conditions: April 2026 Deal or Deal Sale

1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotion is open to all UK customers who participate in the Deal or No Deal campaign.

1.2 Only one offer per customer can be redeemed.

1.3 This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers.

1.4 The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

1.5 Offers are available for all UK customers.

2. Offers Synopsis
Participants in the Deal or No Deal Promotion have the chance to win the following discounts applied to the total order:
• 10% Off total order
• 15% Off total order
• 20% Off total order

2.1 Special Prize Draw
Any customer who makes a purchase (normal order) in April 2026 is automatically entered into a prize draw. One randomly selected customer will win a £100 voucher. This voucher:
• Is awarded separately from the April sale discount
• Cannot be combined with any promotional discount won in the promotion
• Must be used within 30 days of notification
• Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

This voucher does NOT apply to Conservatory Heating Company (CHC) nor Commercial orders.

3. Offer Validity
The promotional offer is valid for the entire April (1st April - 30th April 2026).

4. Offer Redemption
4.1 To redeem the offer, customers must either have an existing estimate or book an appointment within April.

4.2 The offer is applicable to customers' estimates under the condition that no other discounts have been previously applied to the estimate.

4.3 If customers do not have an existing estimate, they must schedule an appointment within April to be eligible for the offer. The offer will be applicable to the subsequent estimate provided that no other discounts are applied.

4.4 Prize draw entry is automatic upon completion of any purchase in April 2026. No additional action is required.

5. Prize Draw Terms
5.1 The prize draw will be conducted at random from all qualifying purchases made in April 2026.

5.2 The prize draw £100 offer isn't applicable for CHC orders nor Commercial Orders.

5.3 The winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 days of the draw date.

5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, an alternative winner will be selected.

5.5 Trust Electric Heating reserves the right to announce the winner publicly (name and location only, unless permission is given otherwise).

5.6 The prize draw is subject to UK gambling regulations and is conducted in good faith.

6. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Deal or No Deal promotion constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. By participating, customers are considered to have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1 All customer data collected through this promotion will be processed in accordance with GDPR and Trust Electric Heating's Privacy Policy.

7.2 Customer information will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and future marketing communications (unless the customer opts out).

7.3 Customer data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

8. Liability & Disclaimer
8.1 Trust Electric Heating reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

8.2 In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, Trust Electric Heating is not liable for any losses or damages arising from participation in this promotion.

8.3 The prize is provided "as is" and Trust Electric Heating is not responsible for any issues with the voucher after it has been issued.
