2. Offers Synopsis: Participants in the Trust 10th Birthday Promotion have the chance to win the following prizes:

- Buy 3 Radiators, Get 1 Free (The free radiator will be the smallest kW size among those ordered. For instance, if a customer purchases radiators with wattages of 1.6kW, 1.5kW, and 0.8kW, the additional free radiator will be the 0.8kW variant. Regardless of the quantity purchased, customers are entitled to only 1 complimentary radiator).

3. Offer Validity: The promotional offer (exclusion of the special prize drawn) is valid for the entire April.
4. Offer Redemption:
4.1 To redeem the offer, customers must either have an existing estimate or book an appointment within April.
4.2 The offer is applicable to customers' estimates under the condition that no other discounts have been previously applied to the estimate.
4.3 If customers do not have an existing estimate, they must schedule an appointment within April to be eligible for the offer. The offer will be applicable to the subsequent estimate provided that no other discounts are applied.
5. Special Prize Drawn Terms: Free Trip for two to Spain
5.1 The trip to Spain can be processed in either of these forms: a) Trust Electric Heating will purchase the trip to whichever place in Spain as the winner requests and b) an [monetary value] airline voucher.
5.2 Participants who proceed with their order by April 30th 2024 will be eligible to enter the special prize draw for a FREE trip for two to Spain.
5.3 The winner of the special prize draw will be selected randomly from eligible participants and notified via email and/or social media.
5.4 The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification.
